Great location, excellent menu and a refreshing concept. Very nice layout, love the large doors opening to the street. Food is excellent. Wonderful setting!

There's a reason this place didn't have a Yelp listing - they're banking on people not finding out the food is terrible and overpriced. Where to start? It's unnecessarily confusing when you walk in, trying to do the order-at-the-counter fast casual concept but with no signage and no help from the staff we stood there for too long trying to sort out where to order. Our party had a variety of dishes, they ranged from barely edible (no flavor profile to speak of, one weak note) to totally inedible. Drinks were subpar, margaritas tasted like a cheap pre mix and the glass of wine came out half as full as a normal. In this case the glass literally was 1/2 empty. Just found out this place opened a few days ago, hope they turn it around otherwise they'll join the restaurant graveyard, being in Steamboat there's no shortage of better choices.

Fun ambiance, good service, delicious fresh food. The margherita pizza was fantastic and very authentic...made me feel like I was in Italy. My kids couldn't get enough of the meatballs & the chicken carbonara was great as well.

It's funny what you can find if you are willing to step just a block or two off the beaten path traveled by most. Again, we found another gem in Steamboat Springs, and this time they had Middle Eastern food. When I saw the sign said, "Mediterranean," I had to check the menu, and there they were. All the lovies you don't expect to find in a mountain town were on the menu. They have hummus, falafel, tabouli, pita, and even baklava. It was a wonderful surprise. They even had a decent, Lunch Special. The Lunch Special is $12.00 for you choice of 1) A Margarita Pizza, 2) A Eureka Pita, or 3) A Cheesemonger plus your choice of 1) A Eureka Salad, 2) House Made Chips, or 3) A Cup of Soup, and a bottomless soft drink. I went with the Eureka Pita which came with my choice of filing, and I chose falafel. The falafel was very tasty, but not as crisp as I am used to. Good falafel should be crisp on the outside, and softer on the inside. This was barely soft on the outside, and kind of gooshy on the inside. As it turns out, however, it worked with the pita sandwich since it helped keep them where they belong instead of falling out. The rest of the pita looked like tabouli, yogurt sauce, and some seasoning. The pita was thicker, and more fluffy than I am used to, but I liked that, too. It made for a very tasty, and filling sandwich. I also like that they had my choice of Sriracha sauce or Tabasco. I went with the Tabasco. I like my falafel hot. Another good surprise on this lunch was the House Made Chips. They were definitely made "in house," but they were not greasy, and I loved the seasoning. They reminded me of a ligth version of chili chips, and I was wishing for another plate of them. They were excellent. Finally, for the soft drink, they gave me a glass, and I filled it myself, but they didn't have the usual Pepsi or Coke products at the fountain. They had Boylan Bottling Fountain Soda made with cane sugar. I went with the Black Cherry. It was light, tasty, and refreshing. My wife went with the salad special, too, but she went with the Margarita Pizza, the Eureka Salad, and the cane sugar soda. I got to eat some of the pizza, and it was outstanding. Unlike the pizza I had two days ago, this one was tasty and delicious. The crust was perfect, the sauce was perfect, and it was cooked to perfection. It was actually much larger than expected, too. The salad was a nice mix of textures and flavors - very light, and enjoyable. I could not understand for the life of me why people were waiting in line next door when they could come in here, be served in minutes, and get such a great meal at a great price. My advice to those people is not to fear stepping out of line to try something daring. You might be rewarded, and, in this case, you would definitely be rewarded. I absolutley loved everything about this place, and plan on coming here whenever I am in Steamboat Springs.

Oh man! Such great food! A friend recommended us to eat here for the yummy Mediterranean food. Our friend recommended us to get the duck pizza. It was the best pizza I have ever had in my life. We shared a variety of dishes and everything was great! The presentation was impeccable as well. Definitely come here if you are looking for a place to eat in steamboat!

Gluten free pizza is usually a few toppings tossed onto a cardboard shingle. NOT this pizza! Oven golden crunch, yeasty perfection decorated with the freshest ingredients to make your mouth sing. GF people, rejoice! EUREKA...There is fantastic pizza after all, and it's here.

It was not as good as rated by others and certainly not as good as every other place we ate in steamboat. The food was cold and the service flustered. The chicken in the tagine had skin and was not all breast meat. The combo plate was fair. The pizza was doughy. I would not recommend this place given the better options available.

Absolutely fantastic! We were first greeted at the door by a friendly young man that showed us to our seat. Then our waiter took our order. We had the hummus and the meatballs for appetizers for our main meal we had the margarita and pepperoni pizzas I highly recommend them, WONDERFUL. With the exception that our waiter was a little on the pretentious side I would definitely return and recommend this location.

Just ok. Not authentic. Would not recommend. No wait service, you order at a register and then someone brings your food. Overpriced.

This was a great mix of Lebanese and Italian. The food had flavor and the service was fast! Nice to see something different in steamboat!

I'm going to give this restaurant 2 stars only because I am now aware that the recipes are from the owner's grandmother, who apparently makes really greasy pizza that even my 4-year-old won't eat. That said, my daughter and husband enjoyed their meals. I ordered the falafel sandwich and it was disappointing. The falafel balls were dry and the tabbouleh that came with it was a sprinkle on the sandwich. The hummus was good, although really oily. I was disappointed in the salad selection. When I think of Mediterranean I think of lots of fresh produce and that's not what was offered here. I was also disappointed that this was a fast serve restaurant. Quality could improve if they placed that over speed of service. Not to mention that this is a beautiful space and should not be used for fast serve. Overall, I wouldn't go there if you're visiting Steamboat. Definitely not a highlight of our trip.

Very decent healthy fare. Prices are reasonable and food is tasty. There should be a sign that says no crying or sick children allowed. It's a default to McDonald's or Taco Bell because the food comes up fast so it's like a healthy McDonald's with a bar and no happy meal. If you have high blood pressure avoid the chips, they're great but very salty. Salads are great . Falafel is great and the stuffed picas are very good. Place to go when you want to eat right and get out fast.

This place just re-opened. Had the pizza and the meatballs. The pizza crust was some of the best I ever had. It did not get soggy and droop. The meatballs were fantastic. The place is quick serve. Great atmosphere. People were friendly and very concerned that I enjoyed my meal.

Abby, our server, did a wonderful job recommending items. She was prompt, professional and friendly. The Lebanese Combo is the Best!! Loved the laid back feel and delicious food. Excellent restaurant for those looking for a quality meal-sit at the bar for Nate or Nick if you want some conversation or enjoy a booth if you've got a big party.

We planned a laid-back corporate dinner at Eureka and it was the best one we've done yet! They were incredibly easy and helpful to work with during the planning process. At the event, service was prompt and friendly, the food was fantastic, and the vibe very modern, cool, and laid-back. Everyone kept commenting on what a fantastic time it was and how it blew our past dinners out of the water! I highly recommend this restaurant!

Awesomeness! They run their oven at like 700 degrees, which makes for some deliciously crispy pizza. Meatballs are to die for. Great happy hour with significant food and drink discounts -- $3.50 for a big bowl of meatballs and a big piece of crispy bread. Haven't even tried the Greek stuff yet.

Great food. Best lamb sausage I've ever had. Compliments to the owners are very friendly as well. Gluten free friendly as well. My only wish was that they had more people to take orders. The line was out the door and only the bartender taking orders. I'm sure they will develop a better system. Can't wait to try the Mussels, they were out when I was there.

"Beat pasta dish of my life" ... "this is f$ck'n delusions" ... "I completely drunk with food happiness" ... "I'm really excited to be hungry later today for my leftovers" ... all quote said during our first meal at Eureka! We had hummus and pita wedges, falafel, chicken carbonara, a pizza and everything was perfect. Hummus was a perfect texture (not to thick or runny), garlicy, and enough for 4 people. The small falafel came with 3 perfectly crispy, spicy nuggets of love. The carbonara was buttery, with hand cut noodles, thick perfectly cooked salty bacon, and the peas and mushrooms were, nom nom nom. The pizza, called The Yampa, was a white pizza with gorgonzolla, fresh pear, prosciutto di parma, and orange zest... just perfection with a little red pepper flake. AND of this was less than 40$ including a craft beer. The only downfall is the "good food done fast" ordering system; it leaves you feeling a little unloved. If I could make one suggestion I would just ask them to have one or two dinning room staff to at least stop by and check on the table at least once out twice. For example we needed boxes and weren't really sure what to do. All in all Eureka is pretty epic!!!

Would have given them a five except service was slow. Excellent food. Don't think your average Greek restaurant. Chèvre tart with roasted sweet potatoes. Very foodie. Reasonably priced. You order at the counter but they bring your food to your table. Also full bar.

This place is a completely wasted opportunity. The food was decent/passable. Would have been two or three stars based on food alone. But it took 40 minutes to get our food (nothing complicated--two entrees). We got a curt apology and a casual offer for dessert "or whatever, to make up for it." After the long wait, we weren't willing to wait even longer than we had to. When we did get our food, it was passable at best... Worst of all, there was a huge hair fried into the falafel! The only positive was the server/busser who handled the situation with grace. For the same price point and as long of a wait, go to a real restaurant. This place misses the mark entirely, whatever mark that is.

We were really impressed with the food and prices of our dinner tonight. I had the chicken carbonara and my hubby had chicken tagine, both of which were amazing. Good service too.
